Bare Bones Music Festival

Non-Food Vendor Information

Please read carefully

AUGUST 30 - SEPTEMBER 1

Vendors can set up Friday August 30th, between 9 AM – 2  PM or

Saturday August 31st  between 9 AM - 11 AM

Sunday September 1 10 AM – 12 PM

 If you miss the given time slots you may be forced to wait for the next scheduled time slot for entry. This is to minimize traffic on the grounds and there will be no exceptions! Please plan accordingly. 

The festival grounds will be open all weekend. You may open for business on Friday August 30. Spaces are 10’ x 10’ square and cost $100.00 for the weekend, regardless of how many days you are set up to do business.

 

  • Payment is due with application and can be made by registering as a vendor on the barebonesmusicfestival.com website. We accept M\C & Visa. Checks are acceptable. Checks to be made out to The Pioneer Pointe and must be received by August 12, 2024.

  • Electricity is available but the number of these spaces is limited. Check for availability.

  • Each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax 9.75%.

  • The board requests that booths remain open until 10:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Vendors will be given 2 entrance wristbands per space rented.

  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, power strips, electrical cords, tie downs for tent, ect.

  • Vehicles will NOT be allowed in the festival area after 10 AM during event days without permission of a festival official and all vehicles MUST be removed from festival grounds and parked in designated areas.

  • Vendors will have until 1:00 pm Monday, September 2nd to have their vendor space cleared. For safety reasons no vehicles will be allowed in the festival area before 9 AM EST.

  •  To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a festival official. With permission, booths that can be packed up and “walked out” will be allowed to do so. NO vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds after 10 AM on any given event day without the permission and escort of a festival official.

  • Each vendor is responsible for leaving their vendor area in the same condition it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash is expected.

  • Each applicant will receive a confirmation  email at least two weeks prior to the event. This letter will include a parking permit, site map, and voucher for wristbands.

  • This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain, and/or heat/cold.

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless your booth has been denied by Bare Bones Festival officials.

  • This event is pet free (except for licensed service dogs)

Businesses/Organizations must Sign This Waiver

The Business/Organization completing the Application enters into this agreement:

Business/Organization agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention, public safety, business licenses and sales tax permits. Failure to comply may result in denial of participation. I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property  damage  which  I  may  have,  or  which  may  hereafter  accrue  to  me,  as  a  result  of  participation  in  this event. This release is intended to discharge in advance individual(s) hosting the event, employees, volunteers, agents or officers from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with our participation in this event. It is understood that this activity as well as any involves an element of risk and possibility of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold the above entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage cost or expense which they may incur as a result of any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in this event.I  hereby  consent  that  my  business/organization, its individual members, participate in the above event, and hereby execute the above Agreement, Waiver, and Release on it's behalf. I have carefully read this Agreement, Waiver, and Release and fully understand its contents. I’m aware this is a release of liability and a contract between the event, myself, and my said business and its individual members and sign it on my free will. In addition, I’m required to complete a Vendor Application. My business can only sell the items on the submitted form. Vendor spaces are non-transferable. By signing this release, I hereby waive any right to privacy and unconditionally give my permission to allow our name, likeness or photograph to appear in any promotional literature which may include, but not limited  to brochures, flyers, press release, newspapers, television or any other media.
